Summary: gaming_by_25now is trying to set up their shop and is having difficulty finding where to upload the imprint and terms and conditions on eBay. A few participants provided suggestions, such as checking under seller settings or clearing the cache, but gaming_by_25now is still unable to locate the required section. Support was eventually sought from eBay staff, with miriam@ebay indicating that they will wait for a response from the customer service team before proceeding further.
Hey :) I’m in the middle of setting up my shop and I’m desperately looking for the place where I can store the imprint and the terms and conditions etc. When I go to this link https://www.ebay.de/verkaeuferportal/verkaufen-bei-ebay/konto-gewerblich and then click, for example, on this here
then I only get:
and at the point next to it
I can only enter the VAT ID, nothing else.
I’ve already searched like crazy. Can anyone help me out?

At this time, Miriam is probably already off work, and if you don’t provide any sensible feedback on the previous instructions / answers, it’ll be hard to help.

Mentor1 month agoI don't see it that way. No feedback either on whether it worked or not. And if a tip doesn't work, then you should get back in touch promptly and not involve however many eBay employees in all kinds of dubious recommendations that nobody here can understand.

OP1 month agoSlowly I'm starting to think I'm a bit stupid :) I've done everything, deleted cookies, cleared the cache, tried another browser, and I keep seeing this:
but I can't enter the legal notice etc. under any point. Do you maybe have to enter a bank account first before that works?

Just take a look under your username in account settings:
Then you’ll have the following menu
Here you can enter all the data you need, e.g. the terms and conditions under Public information ...
The legal notice is put together by Ebay based on your details.
