Today my account was blocked because my data supposedly doesn’t match the data at the BZSt.I have checked / deleted the data several times and entered it again exactly as I received it from the tax office. But the system doesn’t seem to care about that. I can do whatever I want, nothing has any effect, the account stays blocked. I tried to get a callback through the help system. Apparently I was supposed to receive a callback in about 1 minute. After waiting 2 hours, I gave up.I’m at a loss now as to what else I should do to lift the block.Maybe someone has a tip for what else can be done.
