Incorrect "Seller Fault Unfulfillment" showing on CBT Dashboard without any transaction | Members help members

Hi everyone,I am facing an issue with my CBT Dashboard where a defect for "Seller Fault Unfulfillment" is being displayed for April 12, 2026. The problem is that this item was never sold on that specific date, and I haven't cancelled any orders myself. It seems like a technical glitch because there is no actual transaction linked to this defect, yet it is affecting my seller performance,I downloaded full report of CBT seller dashboard and find one of product that is not related to my account and I contact support but may be they are not understanding, I'm attaching email reply,Has anyone else experienced this, or can anyone guide me on how to get this removed? I have already kept the screenshots ready as evidence.Thanks in advance for the help.
