@wi-948384 are you using the app?

Please uninstall it once and then download the latest update.

Or also disconnect the router from the network if you're working on the PC.

eBay keeps the money longer anyway if you haven't stored any bank details.

The problem is that I have to ship a sale by tomorrow, but the shipping label cannot be loaded. And I also haven’t entered any bank details, so Ebay is withholding the money for now
