I’m currently looking for a new laptop and came across the Elitebook 840 G10.
When I found a good listing, I started wondering whether the offer could really be genuine.
Maybe someone here can help me out:
When I sort the search by sold items, three accounts come up very often, and all three are connected to each other in some way, whether through the product description or the product images. They all sell similar laptop models with auctions that often end at a low price. They also each have very few negative reviews.

I don’t know whether the person just wants to sell fewer items per account so they don’t count as a business seller, or whether they’re simply posting completely fake listings.
I also don’t think it’s unlikely that one person owns so many laptops, since these are company laptops that are traded in large numbers.
What do you think about it?

Mentor2 weeks agoLooks very strange, and I’d advise you to stay away from it! Spend a few euros more and buy from a commercial seller based in Germany; then you’ll also have your consumer rights and not just 30 days of buyer protection like with private sellers.
