HelloI have a case where the buyer claims not to have received the shipment, even though the tracking clearly shows that the shipment was delivered. He reports to eBay that he did not receive the item and wants his money back, and I should investigate with DHL.He claims the wildest things, that I would be liable for the shipping, etc.I’m not really getting anywhere with eBay Help either!
