I have just received the following message:Hello, I was near Chemnitz this morning until just now and at around 12:51 p.m. someone took your package with the item from the parcel locker in Zeithain or rather stole it! Would you please contact DHL and report the case? Why didn’t the courier put a pickup card in my mailbox? I want my money refunded immediately now! This is outrageous!" Do I actually have to refund the purchase price?
