Buyer claims not shown as sold
Dear community, what should I do if the buyer claims that the sale is not showing up for him?
I already shipped the item, he is not picking it up and the money is held by eBay.

Mentor3 weeks ago@kersro-0 Hey. 🙂 I took a look at that with pleasure. On the system side, the sale was completed without any problems; it is stored both in your account and in your buyer's account.
If your buyer still does not pick up the item, please first wait until it has been sent back to you. After that, you can initiate a partial refund and keep the costs for shipping and return shipping.

OP3 weeks agoHe picked it up now, after I told him 30 times to get it done by tomorrow.
Suddenly it worked after all!
