Hello community. A few weeks ago I sold 2 items. Total price approx. 20 euros. The customer paid properly. After about 8 days he wrote to me saying that he had not received the goods and that I should refund him the money. I told him that I am a private seller and that the goods were sent, as paid for by him, with an uninsured letter by post - he had only requested and paid for uninsured shipping (generally, when it is uninsured, I photograph the shipments at the post office and send them to the buyers. Also simply to show which route the goods took). So a case was opened and today I received eBay's decision that I must refund the money 100%. I am naturally very disappointed and also massively uncertain from a legal point of view. This decision cuts me to the core - because I am fair game. It means - I have no protection. Is that still normal? I would be very happy to receive feedback or an assessment! Kind regards
