Buyer does not confirm receipt of the goods ;(
Hello,
I sold an item and sent it as a large letter. It was shipped 11 days ago now, so I assume the item has arrived with the buyer.
I have already messaged the buyer and asked him to confirm receipt, since otherwise I won't get my money paid out. Unfortunately, he isn't responding at all.
How do I get my money now?
Can anyone help me?

Mentor1 month agoThere is no function on eBay with which receipt can be confirmed. Letters do not have proper tracking or proof of delivery, and therefore it can take up to 30 days for payment to be made.

As I said, if you don’t have a shipping or delivery confirmation, it can take up to 30 days until the amount is available for payout. You should be able to see in your settings whether it will be paid out automatically, depending on what you set under payments.
