Buyer does not confirm receipt
Buyer is not confirming receipt of the goods.
Buyer won two items, I shipped both together. One item was confirmed, the second was not. Now eBay isn't crediting me the money. I've written a few messages, but the buyer isn't responding. What can I do.

did you enter the tracking number for both sales so that eBay can track the shipping.
If not, then you can wait thirty days plus x for the payout.
There is no receipt confirmation from the buyer and that is not предусмотрено either.
