Buyer cancels purchase because they bought by mistake, remove purchase from orders
A buyer made me a price offer which I accepted.
One day later, the buyer then wanted to cancel the purchase because he had supposedly bought by mistake.
I agreed to that, although I find such behavior unacceptable!
Now the canceled purchase is being counted among my orders, which is not correct.
How can I have this corrected?
No purchase actually took place.

Are you referring to the count and possibly the notification regarding the Platform Tax Transparency Act?

Don't worry, because:
Aborted transactions are not included in the calculation of the 30 sales from which eBay has to report your data to the tax authorities.

Mentor2 months agoThe "purchase" is not removed by ebay and can only be archived by you if you don't want to see it under orders anymore.
