Buyer cancels purchase because they bought by mistake, remove purchase from orders

Question

A buyer made me a price offer which I accepted.One day later, the buyer then wanted to cancel the purchase because he had supposedly bought by mistake.I agreed to that, although I find such behavior unacceptable! Now the canceled purchase is being counted among my orders, which is not correct.How can I have this corrected?No purchase actually took place.Best regards
