Hello dear community, I sold an item yesterday, the buyer paid today incl. shipping costs and said that they are currently abroad and that I should only ship the item on 18/03/26. How do I note this on eBay so I’m not constantly being reminded to ship the item? I would prefer not to get a negative entry regarding shipping time. I haven’t been able to reach customer service yet 😞Thanks for your feedback & best regards

Hey @hexle.66 unfortunately, that doesn't work the way the buyer imagines it.After payment, shipping must also take place on time; you can only cancel, refund the money, and let him know that he is welcome to buy from you again after he returns from abroad.
