Hello, the buyer opened the request on 20/02, the item arrived one day later, and the buyer then “complained” in the chat about a wrong delivery. It was immediately clarified that the buyer had made a mistake. Nevertheless, he complied with the request to close the request due to non-receipt. If I open a case now, the message history will not be reviewed and the tracking shows no clear delivery scan (letter), which would mean the buyer would have purchased for free again... Therefore, I would please need support from a staff member who closes request no. 5374413291 (completely without a refund to the customer - neither from me nor from eBay). Thanks!
