Buyer is not returning the allegedly defective phone
I sold my phone. The buyer told me it wouldn't work. . Ebay refunded the money to the buyer. Now he isn't sending me the phone back ( 4 weeks have now passed) . Now he writes to me: Would it be okay to transfer 80 euros for the phone (which is supposedly defective anyway). What can I do now? You can't contact Ebay. For them, the case is closed!!!

Mentor1 month agoDid you send the buyer a return label? And if eBay refunded, then you apparently didn’t respond and also got a defect claim.
Yes, eBay is out of it now, and if you want the item back, you have to pay for the return shipping.
Or you agree to the offer, but that naturally no longer goes through eBay either.
