Buyer did not receive item
Item not received by the buyer, I have proof of shipment as a DHL parcel. What should I do?

Mentor1 month agoReplace! Parcels have no shipment tracking and no proof of delivery. A posting receipt is not sufficient.

OP1 month agoThanks. I’ve done that now too. Ebay has basically created its own rules. Under German law, it looks different. No more shipping without tracking!
