Buyer did not receive item – question about proof without tracking number | Members help members

Hello,I’m reaching out to the community with a question about an open case, “Item not received”.I shipped the order to the buyer on time. The shipment was sent as a regular letter/mail item without a tracking number. Unfortunately, I therefore don’t have any tracking information I can upload.However, I do have:a proof of posting / receipt from the post office,photos of the item that were taken directly when it was dropped off at the post office branch.The buyer still claims not to have received the item, and a case has already been opened.My question:Is there any way in such a case to use this evidence (receipt and photos) or upload it to eBay, even if there is no tracking number?Or is there a recommended course of action to resolve the case correctly and as fairly as possible for both sides?Thank you in advance for your help and your assessment.Kind regardsadv1se
