Buyer sent item without sender
I won a Swiss motorway vignette at auction. The seller didn’t answer my
questions. He doesn’t have to either.
He sent the item without a return address. The item was sold as new and
unused. Now I have my doubts.
Complained on eBay, I haven’t heard anything there either.
What’s the solution?

I don't understand the connection now. You received the vignette? And now you're doubting that it's actually new and unused?
What would you want to do with the sender now? Send it back?

OP1 month agoHello, it makes me uneasy when the seller doesn’t answer my questions (he doesn’t have to, of course) and also doesn’t include a sender name on his letter. At the very least, this feels a bit odd.

OP1 month agoHello, I wanted the sender's name. If there are problems in Switzerland, I can immediately name the "horse" and "rider" on site.
