Buyer has received the package but the status doesn’t change in eBay
I sold an item and it also arrived at the buyer, but the courier just threw it in his mailbox. On eBay it still says shipped and not delivered.. what can you do about that?

Mentor3 weeks ago@enko95 untracked items without proof of delivery? Well, then it just takes longer until a payout is made.
There’s really nothing you can do about that, except always choose a shipping method where you have a tracking number AND proof of delivery.
What kind of courier anyway?
Registered mail with proof of posting and you mean the postal carrier or what?

OP3 weeks agoYes, I mean that mail carrier exactly 😊 that’s why I was just asking whether that’s normal, since he’s had it for days already and the status on eBay just isn’t changing..

Mentor3 weeks ago@enko95 tracking via eBay is always lagging behind, unfortunately that’s been the case for a long time now or it keeps happening again and again.
You mean the payout?
But you’re still a newer seller, so payouts take longer anyway, even if the buyer has already left feedback or assured you that the item has arrived.

OP3 weeks agoOkay, all right, the seller hasn't rated anything, but he kind of confirmed to me via messages that it had arrived. So will the status change from shipped to delivered by itself, or who has to confirm that?

Mentor3 weeks agoUm, I still don’t know which shipping method you chose? Registered mail with delivery confirmation? That’s delivered by the postal carrier and the drop-off is documented? Parcel, I hope insured? Package?

OP3 weeks agoNo, it's a €1.80 package with tracking, but without registered mail, so ring the bell. But the buyer did confirm to me that he received the package, but the status doesn't change on eBay

for 1.80 euros there is NO parcel, that's a large letter with basic shipment tracking (provided it is franked online or stamps with matrix code are used)
