Buyer has not provided a last name and is not responding to inquiries | Members help members

I sold an item and only when printing out the Hermes shipping label did I see that the buyer hadn’t provided a last name. My inquiry has not been answered so far, and I have no way of contacting eBay, since the transaction is closed for them...I could cancel the purchase, but I already paid for the Hermes label.
