Buyer requested a cancellation just before the shipping label was printed
Summary: toadwart89 had a case where a buyer requested a cancellation shortly before the shipping label was printed, which toadwart89 didn’t notice. The cancellation was automatically denied because the label had already been printed, and it was then cancelled afterward. voli-maus pointed out that the buyer must have paid and recommended contacting an eBay employee. nina@ebay, likely an eBay employee, confirmed that a refund had already been issued and offered further assistance.
Hi Community,
a buyer apparently requested a cancellation shortly before I printed the shipping label, which I didn’t notice.
The cancellation was then automatically rejected by eBay because I had printed the label.
After printing the label, I saw it, and then I had the shipping label canceled.
How should I proceed in this case now?
A cancellation on my part isn’t possible either because there was already one from the buyer...

Mentor3 weeks agoHello, the buyer had paid, otherwise you wouldn’t have been able to create a shipping label.
You can’t report an unpaid item either.
The lovely @nina@ebay will surely be able to help you.
