Buyer changed the delivery route, payment was made to eBay, how do I get my money?

Hello everyone. Between the seller and buyer (and according to the listing) PICKUP was agreed on because of the bulkiness and weight of the product. However, the buyer selected DHL parcel shipping on eBay. He paid the agreed amount + DHL delivery fee to eBay. As the seller, I have since contacted the buyer and assured him that he will get the delivery fee back from me in cash when he picks it up. But: As the seller, how do I securely receive my money, which is currently "blocked" at eBay, before the buyer comes to pick it up? One more note: eBay's KI / AI help is relatively "dumb" and does not understand my concern in any way. No one at eBay can be reached by phone! Many thanks in advance for your help as a community!

you indicated parcel shipping.
That makes the code for pickup irrelevant.
Since you can no longer enter a tracking number, you will have to wait longer for your money.

And if that was selected and not pickup, then it won’t work because you deviated from the details you provided.
For pickup, and if the buyer also chooses that, they get a code that they have to give to the seller to confirm receipt. The seller has to enter this code on eBay, and then the payout is released. Without this code, it can take up to 30 days before the money is paid out.
And one more thing: BEFORE pickup, nobody gets their money, even if it were processed correctly, only after that!
