Before the 4-day period specified by eBay has expired, nothing should be reported, nor should the buyer be bombarded with payment reminders.

Mentor1 month agoA buyer initially has 4 days to pay! You can cancel the purchase after at least 4 days due to non-payment, and the non-payer automatically gets their mark.
Nothing has to be reported to eBay.
