Buyer is not picking up the item from the store despite multiple messages from me
Hello, I sold something that was shipped out the same day, and the next day it couldn't be delivered. Accordingly, it was taken to a branch where it has been sitting for several days. But it isn't being picked up and the buyer hasn't replied to my messages for 3 days now. What's the best thing to do.?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf it is not collected on time, the item will be sent back and you will refund it minus the shipping costs.

OP2 weeks agoBut wouldn't I first need access to the money in order to send back what's left after deducting the VK? It's just a shame because I would have had many more buyers for the item, and now everything is being pushed back again. Regards

Mentor2 weeks agoThe refund comes out of the money that is still parked at eBay if it hasn't been paid out yet.
