Hi,a buyer from Great Britain is requesting a return via eBay while the item is still in transit.Reason: changed their mind.Delivery to the front door didn’t work, and now, according to tracking, the item is ready for pickup at the depot.As a private seller, I refused the return.Now the buyer has opened a case.The automatic eBay system told me that I should send the buyer a return label at my expense, which is not possible for several reasons now.I can only imagine that if the buyer does not collect it, the item will at some point be automatically returned by DHL with a handling fee of 10 euros.In addition, there are 5% eBay fees and all shipping costs for sending it there that I have to pay.eBay is giving me 4 days; otherwise, the case is supposed to be closed in the buyer’s favor and they may also keep the item (if it then gets picked up from the depot).Hm,and this procedure is actually supposed to be legal?Thanks for any tips
