Good morning dear Ebay Community🤗Yesterday I got a case from a buyer saying that, according to her, the item she bought is supposedly defective or broken, because the movable parts keep falling off and therefore it is not suitable for playing with.In the description I stated that the parts keep falling off, and I have listed the figure under Collectibles and not under Toys.Nevertheless, she would like to send the figure back to me, and I wrote to her that this would be possible if she covers the shipping costs.She agreed to that, but because she filed the figure under the case "Defective/Broken", I only see the option to have the item returned and that I have to pay the shipping costs...Can she somehow close the case and open it under a different category like "just don't like it anymore" so that she pays the shipping costs?And when I have the item back and she gets the money refunded, will she also get the original shipping costs back, or is only the purchase amount refunded?I would appreciate a replyThank you very muchSincerely
