Buyer no longer responds after buying the car

On Friday night, 07/08/26, I listed my car for immediate purchase. The car was bought at 0:47. The buyer asked me when we could call. I sent him my number and congratulated him on the purchase. After 2 days I sent a reminder. Now it's Wednesday at 13:00 and he still hasn't gotten back to me. It also said that he could pay cash upon collection. According to my understanding of eBay's terms and conditions, he cannot withdraw from the purchase. What should I do now? I would like to list the car again. That is also recommended to me. But who do I report this non-compliance with the purchase agreement to? Are there any consequences for the buyer? Please advise!!

Mentor1 month ago · EditedAfter min. 4 days, you can report an unpaid item and cancel the purchase on ebay. Then the buyer gets a non-paying bidder record.
For something like that, however, you should also cancel the purchase contract outside ebay after a certain deadline and not just relist it like that.
