Buyer is no longer responding
Buyer claims not to have received the item despite verifiable delivery by DHL with tracking and has opened a request on eBay claiming not to have received the item
I wrote to him that DHL delivered it according to the tracking, but now he is no longer responding to it

OP1 month agoYes, I entered the tracking number and even sent him a screenshot of the delivery from the DHL app

is the buyer just claiming that, or has he already opened a case?
Have you entered the DHL tracking number in the order, and does the delivery address match the buyer's?
If that's the case, you can, in my opinion, relax and wait to see how the buyer reacts next. If he does open a case, though, you'll need to make sure you respond within the specified deadlines.
