Buyer complains about item and sends back the wrong one

Good evening,

I sold a T-shirt from THE NORTH FACE in almost new condition. During shipping, according to the buyer, half of the logo on the chest has now “peeled off.” Pictures were sent. I now strongly suspect that the buyer bought the shirt for himself a second time and is trying to claim his “old” one with me because it was washed incorrectly. What can I do?

Hi Dana,

first of all, you can’t do anything until the buyer opens a return. After that, provide the buyer with a shipping label for the return shipment and issue the refund after receiving and inspecting the item.
