Hello! I’d like some advice. I sold an item that I described and photographed accurately. The buyer now claims that the item is dirty (which definitely isn’t true) and that the stated size is also wrong (even though that was described and measured correctly too and is also stated in the listing - visible in the photos). He has now written a bad review, sent the item back without asking, and wants 50% of the purchase price refunded even though the description says that items are not accepted for return. However, he hasn’t involved eBay. What’s the best thing for me to do? Many thanks for your collective wisdom!
