Hello everyone,I bought a product from a seller, and they sent it in the wrong color.I wanted to contact the seller to let them know. Unfortunately, that’s going nowhere, because in the meantime they seem to have deregistered from eBay. So now I’ve involved eBay. According to the website, it’s supposed to take 48 hours. I’ve already been waiting 11 days now and haven’t received any response from eBay. Is it normal that it takes so long?
