I made a mistake when shipping the goods and received a complaint from the buyer. I immediately sent the correct goods by parcel post, as agreed. I asked the buyer to destroy the wrongly delivered goods. Returning them would have been too expensive for me. Nevertheless, I got the goods back a few days later by parcel and not as a parcel. The buyer is now demanding postage, new packaging, travel costs and storage costs from me as compensation for damages. I was harassed by messages in an outrageous way. What should I do? Pay the postage as a gesture of goodwill, but only by parcel???
