Hello community. I sent a package as a large envelope because the buyer paid for that shipping method. Now the problem is that before the purchase and since the purchase he has not replied to my messages or shown any reaction. I have video proof that I sent it and it actually arrived with him almost a week ago, but I’m not getting my money because he doesn’t confirm on eBay that the package has arrived. eBay isn’t helping me at all either

The buyer didn’t have any choice at all when it came to shipping for that item.

The buyer can’t confirm receipt of a shipment. Hope for, and be glad, if the buyer doesn’t open a case saying the shipment hasn’t arrived. Then eBay will want proof of shipment from you. But you don’t have that. So the money goes back to the buyer.
Even if everything goes smoothly, it may be that you have to wait up to 30 days for your payout.
