On 26/05/2026 I bought three items from the seller through eBay auctions: the three auctions were combined under one order number. All auctions were completed at the starting price. Since these were three auctions, I requested a total amount for the shipping costs. With rather strange justifications, the seller charged an additional amount instead of combining the postage. When I asked about the additional amount, the seller wanted to cancel the auctions. I رفضed this in writing and insisted on the goods being sent. I paid the purchase price (plus the later additional amount), and the seller had agreed to send them by registered mail and received payment for the shipping costs for that. The buyer then entered the status „Shipped (without tracking)“ for all three auctions. However, registered mail is always sent with a tracking number. By 05/06/2026, I had not received the goods. I wrote to the seller that the goods had not arrived and asked him to please provide the tracking number. No response! I then had eBay inform the seller that the goods had not arrived. Here too, I expressly pointed out again in writing that I wanted the goods and not a refund of the purchase price. The buyer then nevertheless refunded the costs for one order number. eBay then closed the request, but for me the matter is still unresolved, since I did not agree to a cancellation of the contract. I can't find anywhere to file an objection. Reason: In my opinion, the seller never intended to ship the goods. Therefore he cannot provide a tracking number or proof of shipment. With the completed auctions, legally binding purchase contracts were concluded. A purchase contract can only be dissolved again by mutual agreement. I have already informed the seller twice in writing that I am not interested in terminating the contract. I continue to insist on fulfillment of the purchase contracts concluded through the eBay auctions. I also do not accept the partial refund of the purchase price arranged by the seller without being asked as a withdrawal or cancellation of the contract. I also informed him of this in writing. I am demanding that the seller immediately provide the tracking number or proof of shipment, or deliver the goods I purchased. What else can I do to get the goods I bought?
