Hello, Just now a buyer filed 11 claims for non-receipt. The items were delivered by registered mail on 08/10/2025. Today the inquiry then came: "No mail carrier can be seen on our cameras either". Am I now completely covered with registered mail (over €20)? Like with a parcel, there is a delivery scan. I wasn’t able to update the tracking number in all of the buyer’s inquiries, since delivery had already taken place, but I was still able to click "Save" again. All inquiries are now updated. Thanks.
