Buyer does not pay
Summary: skyjump2707 describes a problem with a sales listing that accidentally included two locomotives that were not supposed to be sold. Although these were not listed in the price list, a different price was agreed with the buyer. When trying to adjust the purchase price, the entire amount was accidentally refunded. Now skyjump2707 has been waiting since Sunday for €115 and has contacted the buyer several times to arrange either the refund or the return of the items. Advice is being requested on how to get the money or the goods back.
Hello, I have the following problem.
Unfortunately, my sales listing included 2 locomotives with photos that were not part of the items for sale. However, I created a sales list with prices, in which the 2 items are not listed. But I agreed on a different price with the seller and wanted to reduce the purchase price by that amount. When I tried to do this, the entire purchase amount was sent back to the buyer and I have now been waiting since Sunday for €115. I have also written to the buyer several times and told him to please send me the €115 or the purchased but not yet paid-for items back. How do I get my money now or how do I get my goods back?
What can I do?

Mentor3 weeks agoFirst of all, you can’t post pictures showing items that are not part of the offer. That’s not how eBay works! And eBay doesn’t care what you agreed on. The buyer can only pay what is stated incl. shipping costs, and only once via eBay.
You have to sort that out all by yourself with the buyer; eBay has no way to intervene there at all.
And then you’re also responsible for the return shipping. You do have the buyer’s address if you want to take legal steps.
