Buyer does not pay for the item that was still delivered after the refund

After more than 3 weeks, the buyer asked me for a refund because the item apparently got lost. He wrote that he would pay again if the item does get delivered after all. Now, after more than 4 weeks, the item has apparently arrived according to the tracking, but the buyer is no longer replying to me. Is there anything I can do here to still get my money? There’s no option for this in eBay’s help pages.

Ebay is out! And you can’t be paid again through eBay either. We could only ask an eBay employee to write to the buyer for you. Please include the item number for this.

However, if the buyer does not respond, you need to take action yourself.
