Buyer address not found
Address label from eBay. Sent correctly. Hermes indicated that the customer's address could not be found. My money has not yet been transferred by eBay.
What do I do? I can't reach eBay, only the AI, and I don't get a sufficient answer there.

Mentor1 month agoHello @zimake eBay can’t transfer money to you if the buyer hasn’t received the item, can it?
Have you contacted the buyer through the eBay system?

Mentor1 month agoWhy do you need to contact eBay there? Has the package already been returned? If so, either cancel the purchase with the reason that something is wrong with the address and refund the full amount, or issue the refund via the purchase details by sending a refund and deduct the shipping costs, provided you charged the buyer any. But I don't know to what extent the buyer can then leave you a negative rating.
