A new, originally sealed perfume worth €275.The buyer deliberately removed the seal, damaged the spray nozzle, and obviously used the item. He now claims that the item arrived that way.A phone call with support only revealed that the case will be reviewed by 08.04. I have already officially reported the buyer. I have massive concerns regarding seller protection. Since this is a cosmetic item, opening the seal has made the perfume worthless to me (100% loss in value).I fear that the automated system will simply decide in the buyer’s favor on 08.04, without taking into account the massive loss in value and the violation of the return policy for opened sealed items.
