Buyer from Australia can't buy my item despite international shipping

I listed an item on eBay.de and activated international shipping. A buyer from Australia wants to buy the item, but she still gets the message:
„Unfortunately, this item cannot be posted to Australia.“
I’ve already tried the following:
Activated international shipping
Set the shipping destination to worldwide
Recreated the listing
Sent the link to the buyer again
Still, she keeps getting the same message.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? Is Australia perhaps automatically blocked by eBay? Or could it be the category, the shipping settings, or certain item specifics?

there are requirements for selling internationally on eBay
https://www.ebay.de/help/selling/getting-started-selling/selling-internationally?id=4132&ra=true
you don't meet them yet. In addition, selling outside Germany is subject to fees and is also riskier.

Mentor2 months agoI don't see any listing from you where international shipping is specified! Have you also specified shipping costs for Australia?
And I would also strongly advise against shipping abroad, and especially outside the EU, if you don't want to risk losing money and goods.
