I sold an item and clearly and explicitly described the existing defect based on the pictures and the item description, but now the buyer is being ruled in the buyer's favor and gets a full refund; however, I did not withhold the item and also have no information about the refund, even though I asked the buyer about it multiple times.I have already contacted customer service and am waiting for a response. It cannot be that I receive neither the item nor the money. Before the case was decided, I received conflicting information from eBay; first I was supposed to provide the label, then the case was put on hold and I couldn't do anything. Now the buyer is receiving a full refund and I have no information that I will get the item back. The buyer also only requested the return 14 days after receiving the item, which seems highly suspicious to me. She also claimed that the item was broken, which is not true. I asked the buyer to arrange the return shipping, since I sold the item from Germany to the United Kingdom and am not familiar with the English postal service. There was also no response from her to my message that the buyer should take care of the return shipment. I received no help whatsoever from eBay in organizing the return shipment.
