I requested a return on eBay because the product sent to me by the seller was defective. However, the seller offered me a partial refund, which I accepted. However, the seller did not issue the refund within the timeframe specified by eBay, so I opened a case. eBay then promised a response within 48 hours. Since then, however, 15 days have passed and eBay has not contacted me. Please provide me with a specific address or a link where I can contact eBay in this case.
