Can't buy anything from a few sellers

Question

Hello,for a few days now I haven't been able to buy anything from some sellers,once with a dealer, I've never bought anything there before,the other one is a private buyer, I've bought something from them 2x in the last few months.I keep getting the message: Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you very much for your post. It is as @perfect-sally has already described it. There are 2 aborted purchases, which are the reason why you currently can’t buy any items from sellers who have the corresponding setting in their account.

Looks like you have at least 2 notations as a non-payer or have caused at least 2 abandoned purchases. So you can't buy or bid on most sales for 12 months, depending on how they handle their settings. And it doesn't matter whether you've bought from sellers before or not if they've set it up in the settings so that you can't buy once you have 2 notations.
