Hello, I placed a bid in an auction because the item condition was stated as used and functional, but now I’ve read in the item description that the item is defective. So the seller provided contradictory information. But this reason doesn’t exist on eBay, so I can’t select it either. The only option eBay allows me is that I have to ask the seller to cancel. Is this really the first time something like this has happened, or why hasn’t eBay added such a cancellation reason to the list of reasons?
