Can't print a return label because the Chinese seller's address is too long...

I would like to return an item, I have until January 11 because it is absolute junk. However, I can't print the label because the Chinese address is too long.

I can't find an email address to contact customer service directly, and this chat AI assistant is just talking nonsense that doesn't help me at all.

Can anyone here help me?

I went to return the item and then selected the reason "Item doesn't fit" and when I then wanted to create the shipping label, I got the error message saying the maximum of 35 characters.
I wanted to try again, and now it says RETURN closed.

Yes, then you had revoked, @evl-pati .

Maybe something can still be done with the item, for example, you can give it away.

Actually, no. I just wanted to try it again.
I can't honestly give or sell this thing to anyone because it's simply junk. Otherwise I would have kept it. I need it.

No, I needed the part as a replacement for the original that broke. But it’s total junk. I should have bought the original instead of this cheap China piece.

once closed means closed, off, finito.

Maybe you can still get something out of the payment service provider, but then please use item does not match the description.

What amount are we actually talking about?

Ebay has a legal notice where you can find contact options. But customer service can’t make the address any shorter than it is!
