Can't create a shipping label because the recipient address is incorrect and wasn't found?

The buyer supposedly can’t do anything, since they’ve never had any problems and it includes a post number and post office. As the seller, I can only change the name; otherwise the recipient address is already entered. What can I do now? I’ve never had a case like this before. Thanks for the help!

You should change ABSOLUTELY NOTHING if the specified delivery address is not correct! Cancel the purchase and refund. The buyer should get their details in order and can then buy again. If you ship to a different address or one altered by you, you lose your seller protection!
