I sent back 3 parts of a larger order using a parcel label I bought myself directly from DHL. I couldn’t specify that I was shipping everything in one package. For 2 of the returned items, I was able to add the tracking number. For the third, that option isn’t available, only the option to buy a return label. I’ve been registered on eBay privately for 23 years and have almost 800 reviews. Apparently it’s not possible to build a functioning platform over several decades. No money is spent on support staff, so I have to talk to a chatbot or ask other members for help. Seriously? What happens to the money that’s been earned here over all these years if it goes neither into developing the platform nor into support, or paying taxes? (Rhetorical question) That’s it, goodbye. Once I’ve finally received my refund, I’m out of here.
