Purchase via Klarna bank transfer is not shown as a purchase

Hello, today I bought a printer from Epson-Outlet-Store on eBay and paid with a Klarna bank transfer. After I had transferred the money, the eBay payment window was still open, so I thought the transfer hadn’t gone through. So I made the transfer again (the eBay payment window stayed open). On my bank account, the two transfers were then shown as completed and cannot be canceled. The STRANGE thing about this: the purchase of the printer is not shown under My eBay or my purchases. I also didn’t receive any email notification about any transactions from eBay.
The seller seems reputable with >40000 reviews (>99% positive). I have already contacted him.
Does anyone know about this situation and can shed some light on it? Thanks for your support. Regards, Roman

Mentor1 week agoHello @legasteni if a Klarna payment fails, the seller doesn't get any money and also no order confirmation, just like you don't either.
Klarna refunds the money back to you, but that can take up to 10 business days.
Did you actually pay twice now?

OP1 week agoMany thanks for the quick reply and the info. A few minutes ago I actually received 2 emails from Klarna saying that the payment failed. So the matter is now resolved and hopefully the money will be back soon. Best regards

if the items on eBay are not marked as paid, but you have already received two charges from eBay, then the Klarna payments probably failed, you will get your money back from Klarna.
