Good day, I sold something on eBay and had everything ready for shipping. Then I got a message that the buyer wanted to cancel the purchase because they ordered the wrong item. I myself could no longer bill the purchase or shipping either. I then sent a refund to the buyer with the reason. The sale was canceled. Can the buyer now claim that they did not receive the item.
